Law of Algeria

The law of  Algeria is characterized by  its highly changeable nature, because notably of teh following events:  

-- Option of Algeria for a market economy,
-- Free trade agreements with the European Communities,
-- Imminent accession of Algeria to the World Trade Organization,
-- Acceleration of the globalization.

have resulted in a revision and appropriate adaptations in all areas of the law of Algeria. These changes in the law of Algeria are still underway and will extend over several years.
